If the king bed is paramount, which it was for us, you need to keep looking as this will be your full-time home.
So, on your new search, you should make a list and this is what I would want at least:
-Washer and Dryer
-Pass-Through Storage
-King Bed
-Fiberglass Roof
-Side radiator
-Cummins engine vs. CAT (just my preference)
-Tag axle (for more CCC)
