Help deciphering the monitor panel for battery readings

I'm checking again to see if someone can explain how to read the monitor panel. With no power on to the RV at all, are the readings from the panel accurate because mine says LOW for Aux Batteries but...

My guess is that the panel itself may require 12 vdc power to operate correctly, with aux battery switch/relay on. Fleetwood may be able to provide info about this. An local RV repair tech may be able to answer this.
