Uh, false alarm. Tripped a breaker outside. Now to find that ATS. It's definitely not in the basement. It sounds like it's inside the breaker box and looking at where the wires come up from the inverter it would be there.

Seems strange that is have to pull the circuitr breaker panel to get to it.
