10k tops with everything working and newer tires (less than 2years old). You'll dump at least 5k into it over the next five years. 24yrs is quite old. For 15k the rig would have to have a complete house and mechanical overhall. Make sure the brake caliper pins were replaced, fluids flushed, front end seals and bushings replaced. Tranny fluid and torque converter flushed. Axel fluid replaced etc. even then 15k seems a bit too high.
