Help Newbie: Is this Class C worth it?

A couple of things I've learned about RVs, starting with no owner wants to face the fact that their beloved purchase isn't worth anything near what they think it should be.

Second, low mileage and old RVs should set off a warning bell. The systems in these things need to be used, exercised or they'll rot.

Finally, I had a 1992 Saturn SL2 once. Worst car I ever owned. Sorry, but I'm not a ray of sunshine on this one.
