Low mileage is not necessarily the kiss of death. That said, it's wise to have a pro truck mechanic inspect/test any used rig for leaking seals, sticking brake calipers, water pump leaks and cooling systems problems and provide you a list with estimates for parts and labor needed. Roof and dash air conditioners may also develop seal problems with disuse.
