Gloria- You may want to consider the Thor Siesta Sprinter. There are 4 models available, the 24SA has a full bed, in the rear corner and it is always available. It has an overhead bunk bed above the cockpit, as well as a sofa bed in the slideout. That bed has an air mattress. One complaint I've heard is that the ladder for the overhead bunk cannot be used if the air bed is in use.
My model, the 24ST has twin beds in the rear with a filler mattress that makes into a king bed, always available. It also has the overhead bunk and reclining theater seats in the slideout.
They have other models with Queen beds located in slideouts but those mattresses fold when the slide is retracted.
All are on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis, 6cyl diesel and expect 15-16 mpg. Weighed mine, with only a driver, full fuel & propane, no water, and had 1190 lbs available for cargo.
Internal cabinets and External storage varies with different models.
Shop prices, with discount my 2016 model was under your budget. (Purchased last June)
