I agree with others. It is absolutely not a brake issue. There is no possible way that you could feel the heat from the RIGHT front wheel while driving. It is probably engine or exhaust heat and might be perfectly normal. It is impossible for anyone on the internet to know how much heat he actually felt. Was it enough to burn the skin? Was he wearing thin tennis shoes this trip and heavy boots last time? Way too many variables. Let a trusted mechanic diagnose it.
