Family of 4 and a dog in a 20'-30' unit??? You guys must really get along well. My only thoughts were $150K would certainly buy something larger. Are you sure you are not going too small?
I agree completely on your size choice. Trust me, at some point in your vacation it will rain and you will all be stuck inside that small coach and the joy of the vacation will soon wear off. Also your boys are going to get older and grow taller.
I would suggest something like this 2007 Safari Simba toy hauler. Safari Simba
It comes with FOUR captains seats, with seat belts, and a queen size bed for you and your wife up front. In the tow hauler section are two more queen sized beds that come down for sleeping. Basically this is a separate bedroom for the children and your bikes. With two TV's you can also insure that when it rains, your children are occupied. You can find these from from $75,000 and up depending on mileage and year. From a driving standpoint, it will take only a short time to get used to the extra length. The frontal size is the same as a smaller unit and it is just the extra footage behind you. The Simba is large enough to take care of your needs now and in to the future as your children age and need more room.
