help with dust cover on 03 ford 350 (swd) not 4X4

Never seen a dust cap like this. It is recessed in to far to get screw driver in it and work loose. "Googling" it up some people have results with putting a hose clamp around it and turning with pli...

Thanks for the numbers. Mine is a "F" series (pick up style) I can't see where there would be any big difference of torque values between f and E series.

Also thanks for info on how much bolts can take in way of getting beat on. Keep telling wife, if bolts snaps I'm not going to be happy.
