help with dust cover on 03 ford 350 (swd) not 4X4

PB blaster was sitting for couple days on stuck bolt. This afternoon I put on a opposite end of box end wrench (the full circle thing) and was ready to give it some good wacks with a hammer. Wanted to make sure wrench end was on secure. MY PALM hitting the wrench I was able to get it loose!!!

Tomorrow; take hub to be turned and pick up rest of parts.

Don't know what you pay but I'm paying $47.00 plus 9.9 tax to have hub turned. Seems expensive to me, but need to do it.
