help with dust cover on 03 ford 350 (swd) not 4X4

Never seen a dust cap like this. It is recessed in to far to get screw driver in it and work loose. "Googling" it up some people have results with putting a hose clamp around it and turning with pli...

Just got it back. $25.00 for turning. Environmental charge 4%. Shop supplies 4% Credit card processing fee $1.20 total after 9.5 tax was $30.88 I asked it would be easier to just say $30.00. He said his wife does the book work, NO it would not be easier!

All parts came in except left rubber brake line.
