help with dust cover on 03 ford 350 (swd) not 4X4

Never seen a dust cap like this. It is recessed in to far to get screw driver in it and work loose. "Googling" it up some people have results with putting a hose clamp around it and turning with pli...

Glad it was salvageable. You can usually tell how far gone a rotor is by visually comparing the thickness of the two platter surfaces. If one is notably thinner, the rotor will probably mic out thinner than reject thickness.
I don't know how often this happens or just why, but sometimes an OP has gotten a new hub where the nut studs were long enough to attach the lug nuts but not long enough to attach the VersaLiner wheel simulators.
