Blue Loctite? Sure. Just keep water out if it to prevent rust from sticking it again. Personally, I used NevrSeez. I think an old time gasket sealer like the Permatex products would also seal the threads up.
is the Baddest of the Brake Lubes. It's designed to not run or melt out, even under the heat produced by ceramic brake pads. I got some for the our rear slides, but I did not apply any to the pads themselves. I don't think I have ever put "goop" of any kind on pad backings, caliper piston surfaces, etc. Of my various problems, noisy brakes have not been one. If you just want to use this lube on slide bolts, many auto supplies have little single-use envelopes (like the mayo at a fast food place) at the registers. It'd probably work on the caliper bracket bolt threads too...
