The 2 most expensive MH tires are Michelin and Goodyear, and IMO both are over rated and way over priced. Many RVers have made the same decision and have gone to tires that are readily available anywhere in America, which Michelin and Goodyear RV tires are NOT. The most popular tires are Toyo, Hankook and Firestone, which are available anywhere at any time in North America. I have gone to Hankook AH-12 in 275/70R22.5 and am very satisfied. Just paid $450 ea mounted balanced and all taxes 2 weeks ago, then sold my takeoffs the same day to make the price even lower.
The Discovery will take the up sized, up graded 275/70R22.5 tire and it will improve ride and increase weight carrying capability.
