Interesting. Meshes with my experience. My 05 DP came (new) with Goodyears. Always properly inflated,never jumped a curb. Had a cold tire blowout, hole size of a half dollar on the inside sidewall on the outside rear. Mobile tech looked at it and "Another bad Goodyear).
