Just being practical you need a toad. I have a 34' MH. If I went from 34' to 40' all I get is an extra bathroom to haul around and more work when I winterize. There is only two of us. The last thing I need is a larger MH just to haul around the second bathroom. Give me a storage room where I could add a bed or desk for a hobby room and I would trade to a 40' in minute.
