You also might consider checking with your DMV for license requirements. I was told that if I had a motorhome with a tag axel I had to get a special license to operate. I have a friend that after some medical problems, could not qualify for the medical cert that he was required to maintain for his RV-CDL, he had to sell his beautiful 45' DP. (Note: I live in California and we have more laws than the ocean has salt.) We ended up with a 2015 Fleetwood Excursion 35B, two slides, a very large bathroom and a comfortable living area. I am a big guy and just really did not fit into many of the tiny bathrooms found in so many of todays motorhomes. So far, I am really enjoying the Excursion. If I was going to complain about the Excursion, not having much ground clearance in the front and rear has been a little nuisance and limits where we can take it, even in town. JH
