I just said in my last post "I don't know i'd go up to a 45" and that brings up another question. If you're going up to a 40 footer, are there any reasons you should not go to 45? I know the 45's cost more but if that isn't a problem, what other reasons are there?
Something to keep in mind. Going from a 40 ft. to a 42 ft. will only give you interior space, not cargo space as now you will have a tag axle. Going to a 45 ft. from a 42 ft. will gain bay storage and interior space if you don't go with a 1.5 baths.
A full bath in the rear will take up 4 ft. Some manufacturers will incorporate the closet in the rear bathroom, some will put it midway in the coach.
