As MM said, the tag axle takes up ONE compartment. This is huge with a 40', not so much with a 45'. Check the CCC of any coach you consider. More is better, especially if you're going to be in it for the better part of the year. IMO, two people don't need the bath and a half. I'd rather have the extra room, and I've yet to see a 1 1/2 floor plan I like. We sleep in the bedroom and play in the rest of the coach....just my thoughts,....Dennis
