We have had a 45' for several years. Really enjoy the room and super large bath with double vanity,separate room for the toilet and stacked washer/dryer. It also has a large fireplace. If 48'ers were made I would want one. Visit some you will see what I'm describing. I do not find it any different to maneuver than the previously 40'. I also landed helicopters in little bitty holes in the forest. Happy searching.
