I found an idea on another forum. Buy a horse stall mat for $45 or so and cut it up into into pieces. I did 12 X 12 (9) and 12 X 8 pieces (9). You can stack them in double layers and get 4.5" of level at all three wheels on one side. the rubber has great traction and won't slip. They are heavy, though. I have only used them once and on one wheel only. Might find I need to carry way less than I have, but right now they are about 60 lbs. worth in the storage compartment.
I had read that Lynx blocks don't last long enough and that makes them expensive to replace. Although it seems folks around here are getting decent life from their and like them very much.
