Simple answer is there are only two companies that manufacture tires specifically for RVs...Goodyear and Michelin. The other tires are truck tires. The main difference are truck tires have stiffer sidewalls. This gives you longer life and a stiffer ride. Some folks like the handling characteristics of the truck tires over the softer ride of the RV tires. The choice is yours. My opinion is that RV tires have compounds in them to protect the life of the tires while sitting. If you drive your coach like a truck, use truck tires.
I have Michelins on the steer axle and Goodyears on the drive and tag axles.....Dennis
