I've had the pleasure to meet Mr. Mark twice now. Once in Palm Springs, California and again in Asheville, NC. He's exactly the kind of guy you'd want to park next to. Super nice guy and a wealth of knowledge.
Don't get distracted by the type of coach or the year or make of any coaches. It's the occupants on the inside of that coach that make the difference and not the coach.
Of all the complaints I've ever read on this forum, I don't think I've ever heard someone complain about the rig parked next to them. I've heard plenty of complaints about dogs, children, pets, camp facilities, park operators, park rules, use of cell phones, televisions, radio and alcohol consumption, encroachment, etc. But never about the rigs themselves.
