10 year old is around 2003. About 98-99 some of the companys started using metal frame vacu-seal coaches. Meaning they do not have wood frames and have one piece sides back and top. They do get rid of some of the rot problems however one thats leaking still has problems so got to watch for leaks. As far as what to look for a good search will bring up a lot of things. Make up a list of stuff and when you think you found the right one go thru and check off your list. We got one about 5 years back. Had the floor plan we were looking for but eally did not look to good and needed a good cleaning but when we went thru the check off list it was better than several much nicer looking rigs we saw. Made a bid $9,000 under asking as a cash deal. Walked out with it from a dealer. Had a lot of clean up ect but happpy as heck with it. Its a Chevy w/ 7.4 Vortex engine and our fuel mileage over the last near 5 years is right at 10 mpg. We live in the mts so always grinding up mts. Does better in the flats but never seem to go there..
