I have to agree with PapPappy, on not worrying about high mileage, I went with a higher mileage RV because the ones that I looked at that were in my budget and fit my needs were low mileage, but had sat and not been used or maintained. That is worse than the high mileage RV with a good record of maintenance.

Also If you can get a RV on Chevy Chassis, they are hard to find, but they have a better ride, have more legroom in the cockpit, and aren't plagued with the handling problems that Fords are. They also can be serviced at a GM garage just as the Fords are at a Ford Garage. They do seem to get a bit better mileage than Fords. But they seem to work better on the smaller RVs.
