Welcome to the forums.
Unless you are an experienced RV'er it may make more sense to buy a class C that is three to five years old. Quality control is (almost) absent, so there are often issues with brand new units.
A side bonus is that a lightly used RV may be a lot less money.
The one issue to run away from is any water leak of any kind.
