There is no set answer to your question. The 2015s won't necessarily go down in price, although the 2016s will most likely be higher priced. Each dealer will decide what works for them.
I bought a 2014 MH in March of 2013. About 2 months ago, I saw the same year and model, where the dealer was asking $5,000 more for their left over unit, than what I had paid for mine. The 2015 had already been out for a while.
