Its right down the road from me and we stayed there a few years ago for a few months between houses.
Its popular in that it is on the St. Johns River and you can walk to the river and sit and watch boats.
It is an older park so tight spaces. Fairly well maintained. It has a permanent/snowbird section.
It has a large riverfront bar-restaurant with live music some nights and is a biker destination.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to someone as long as they understand it can be a bit noisy and space is limited.
The management can be terse if you are a complainer.
It is also a long five mile drive 30 mph drive thru a school zone to the main road.
The next time we needed a site for a month we stayed in Orange City Resort as it has bigger sites and is more centrally located.
