- jfkmkExplorerI sure hope no one was in that patrol car!
- TNGW1500SEExplorerThe cars just keep on driving by!
- Pangaea_RonExplorerApparently there were no troopers in either vehicle.
It gives a whole new meaning to getting a flat beside the road. - crassterExplorer IIScary! Wind is certainly a powerful thing.
- LwiddisExplorer IINow I may not be the only one stopping for high winds. Hopefully someone didn't drive right by.
- Mr_Mark1ExplorerI saw this video on our local news. I would like to have seen the police cruiser after they lifted the truck trailer off of the vehicle to see how it held up.
Also wondering, if the trucker could feel the beginning of the trailer lifting, and if so, if he had slammed on his brakes, would that have changed the dynamics of the wind and he could have stayed upright.
Glad no one was hurt.

Same here....derrick hand/oil rigs
Wind is a KILLER.
Trucker obviously ignored 'high wind warnings' (happen when wind is at/above 45mph) and ANY common sense he may have had :S
Thankfully Trooper was NOT in patrol car and NO one was injured.
What an IDIOT! - rhagfoExplorer IIIWow!
That is incredible video, I also would have liked to have seen what the SP car looked like once the trailer was removed.
