Holiday rambler aluma lite 454 tbi too rich won't start

I have not checked the IAC or EGR. I will do that next time I am there. I also hope to check the codes and some other values soon. I have disconnected the battery and taken back to put on a charger so I guess the codes are cleared. It did not turn on the "CHECK ENGINE" light when I ran it for about 7 minutes with the vacuum pulled on the MAP sensor. That surprised me since it ran poorly above idle.
