A guy on another group I frequent made a very nice 30" slide out tray using inexpensive ($30 on eBay) heavy duty sliders and 2" aluminum angle. I'd like to do the same but I need a 72" tray. I found one source for the sliders but the cost is almost $300 plus shipping. Anyone made their own? Any sources for what I'm seeking? Thanks.jor

I have 2 of the sliders if you want them. They are " make your own size ", just attach a piece of plywood and choose your width. You can have em if you pay for shipping. Just pm me.Cheryl

I built one for my electric cooler - the two 24 inch ACCURIDE slides are rated for 500 lbs & were 130 bucks, I'd love to know where someone is getting 72" slides (properly rated) for 30 bucks !
