Honda Elite 110 Scooter Carrier

The scooter carrier I bought arrived this weekend and to say the least it's "junk". I have three concerns when purchasing a carrier:
1. It needs to be able to be used on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler and clear the spare tire.
2. I need to use the carrier on my 2012 Coachman Concord Class C camper.
3. I need something with a long enough ramp to be able to load the camper on and off the carrier with ease as I will most often be putting it on and off myself.

    I use this one for my 240# Vespa. Works fine. I added bolts between the angle brackets so the smaller wheels would roll easier.

    I have a versahaul VH sport, that I carry my big ruckus on. Little pricy but top quality, The one I have can also tow up to 3000lb with scooter onboard. I might add, I don't drive the jeep with the scoot loaded, I use it for towing only. I also had a truck fabricator welding shop reinforce my receiver hitch by welding two steel plates that tie the hitch to the bumper also for added support. He recommended it because of the unibody frame. My BR weighs 386ibs. With practice it is a one man operation to load and unload.
