Hot water heater

Did the electrical connections. There was a smell of propane when I checked. A buddy checked it this morning and said there was a spider web in the tube. He blew it out but the water is still too hot to see if it would fire up. Will try it this afternoon.

FYI..you cannot Google "Hot Water Heater"....you'll only get "Water Heater"....a water heater does just that...it will not heat HOT water, it will heat cold water and warm water, not hot...once it's hot its hot...just sayin.....:B....Dennis

FYI, my google results do show hot water heater results and similar search recommendations. The heater contains and keeps the hot water hot, so it is a hot water heater and a water heater.

Sorry about that, it's just that every time you see a title that says "Hot Water Heater" you can bet somebody has to point out that you can't heat hot water. But you can, all the way up to the boiling point!

Check your LP gas detector. If it is off for any reason, it won't let propane flow from the tank.

Just an FYI regarding a reply that mentioned a pilot lite:

RV water heaters with electronic ignition such as yours do not have a pilot lite, only a main burner.

Sounds like there is some kind of clog or you are too low on propane.
