If it was just one light that you left on overnight, that should not have run down a battery bank that was in good condition. Either the batteries had been close to discharged already or they are on their last legs. Also, when you deplete the batteries all the way, you can do permanent damage to them. They also may be very low on fluid which is refilled using distilled water.
Do as the others have said and leave it plugged in for a week or so then see how it does. Also, there are separate batteries for the house systems and the engine so it probably will start up fine even though you depleted the house batteries.
