House Water Filter?

Okay...I've looked the coach over (well, over and under actually) and for the life of me, cannot find a whole house water filter. YET....the people that we bought the coach from left water filter cartridges in the storage bin. Soooo....is there a house water filter on my coach? If so, where in the heck would it be?

I know, I know... but it's not in the manual that came with it..... LOL!

Coach type is in my signature......
  • If it's a smaller one, that could be for under the kitchen sink.

The replacements could also be the kind you attach to the incoming water hose.
  • Start where the FW hookup enters the coach then trace the hose forward. If you have a factory one, it'll be between there and the water heater, most likely near the water pump.....Dennis

Went to your photo web site...you have some fantastic stuff.

Water Filter: ours is stuck back under the kitchen sink.
(any chance of contacting the previous owner?)

Thank you very much!!! Hoping to capture many more beautiful photos when we travel across the country!

I'll check all those places that have been suggested. And yes, I can and will contact the previous owners.
  • "10forty2".....I'm not sure that your era Monaco came with a whole house filter, but if it did, it may be behind the utility bay panel where your water connections are located.

Our 05 Diplomat had a filter, but it was under the sink. It was one of those 2" diameter inline filters for the cold water side.
  • 2 possible location
    In/around/behind 'water panel'
    Under sink

    Other possibility

Previous owners used an in-line cartridge filter set up and kept it.
