If your really concerned then you can empty the hot water tank and open the low point drain valves - that should protect you in most situations. Adding an electric heater will provide additional insurance. When weather gets nasty you can consider emptying FW tank and winterizing the rig.
I definitely will winterize at some point. For now, I'm just keeping an eye on the 10 day forecast. We quite often have decent weather through the end of November.
