how low past 32 can it get before the water lines under the van go before they would freeze. would like 27 at night and back up two 45 in the day be ok. have a 2000 lesure travel

FWIW: I am very strongly of the "blow it out with air" persuasion when it comes to winterization. In almost a decade of Pennsylvania winters, this has worked very well for me, and is certainly easier, cheaper and more pleasant than getting that...stuff...in my water system.
