You can check this by removing it and jumper between the connections. If it lights and stays lit then replace the fuse if the connections are not corroded. Have you cleaned the thermo couple yet? Also I would clean all the connections fr the therm couple, ECO, thermostat,the control board, and the 3 ground wires. One is on the burner tube assy and the assy needs to be taken apart and cleaned to get a good ground. I assume this is an Atwood 6 gal WH?
