How do I replace the serpentine belt on cummings 350 isc

I have a Fleetwood Revolution w/a cummings 350 isc. I removed the old belt easily enough but cannot get the new belt on. Any help out there? Also, any ideas on how to adjust the tension on the AC bel...

I agree with wolfe. Find a strong friend to help you. The tensioner is a bear. I changed one and it took me and my son (hes a big guy) more than 20 minutes to get the belt on. As for the a/c belt, I never adjusted one on a Cummins
