For those that are wondering how the Vegas/Axis performs on the road during windy situations, I drove my Vegas from San Jose, Ca to Mammoth Lakes, Ca through Lake Tahoe during a blizzard a few weeks back. The winds were so bad that a section of the 395 hwy was shutdown to high profile vehicles. I was able to drive my Vegas without issue the whole way. Yes I had to drive slower but at no point did I feel the vehicle was going to drive off the road. Also it handled the ice/snow on the road without issue... again I drove slow in the slippery areas.
Also for those that are complaining about the fact that the RV is on an E-350 instead of an E-450 chassis, if you need more carrying capacity then just upgrade the suspension.
