How hard to install an inverter to run my TV's?

We have a 07 Georgetown 350DS SE Bunk model class A. We are having a blast with this motorhome but our Generator hours are getting out of control. We have put almost 500hrs on our generator this yea...

I've got a Harbor Freight 400 watt now but its only putting out 102 volts with no load and 13v input, voltage drops off to below minimum with any load so assume it's a POS. Only running TV and satellite or DVD player on dedicated hardwired plugs.

Had good luck with Randy at Best Converter with an upgrade there.
