How have you had success selling your used motorhome?

I sold mine in 16 hours. This got to be a record! What I did is research the market. I looked at the prices that this unit sold for lately. Not what people were asking for. There could be a big gap between the two.

Of course there's also the timing and the condition of the resale market.
