How have you had success selling your used motorhome?

I wouldn't imagine this time of year to be good for selling a MH.

I have found that a high (or even reasonable) asking price is a turn off to private buyers. I don't understand that as we all know dealers ask too much, but for some reason it doesn't work that way in private sales.
