How have you had success selling your used motorhome?

We live in a small community and we parked ours in a large commercial parking lot (with permission of owner) and sold it and had cash in my pocket within 48 hours. We showed it 3 times, but the 2nd showing was the one that showed up at our bank with the cash first.

I know this won't work in many places, but it is worked well for us.
