We listed our MH on RVTrader on a Tuesday and sold it the next day to a buyer who came from 3 hrs away. That day he looked at 3 MH's. Our MH was spotless clean both inside and out for its age. Everything was in top working order. We had all manuals as well as service and maintenance records available to the buyer to look at when he came. We sold our MH for what is was worth(researched price on NADA and what other similar MH's were selling for across the country and in our area)not overpricing it as most sellers do. He made a reasonable offer, I countered back somewhere in between and he accepted. It was a good deal for both of us. We then got to be on the other side of the deal and purchase our new to us MH that we have now. It really isn't as hard as people make it out to be, you just have to be realistic!! on both side of a deal. Good luck
