As a constant shopper, some of the issues I see with private sellers are the lack of pictures and the quality of the shot. Also, many pictures are of items. Shots from back to front and front to back show what the actual layout is. If it is a motorhome over 100,000, I would hire a photographer to do it. No one wants to see your dish soap on the counter, or clothes hanging in the closet. And please, no pictures of yourself in the mirror taking the photo.
I went to Texas Trader in the Rio Grande Valley a few weeks ago. Units are on consignment. All of them were filthy, some smelled like smoke or cooked food. A good professional cleaning and detail is in order. JMHO
