You do realize how HOT it would be around that truck. If you've never experienced being close to a fire burning that hot you can't appreciate what it takes to try to "save" something. I'd just get out and let it go. I have insurance...glad everyone was ok.
Interestingly enough, just the other day we were discussing here on RV.net, the pros and cons of folks riding in the fifth wheel and/or TC while underway. Yes, it's legal in California to allow passengers to ride in a fifth wheel while traveling....:S...Dennis
