I was getting ready to go home from a CG in AL when I cranked the MH the alternator belt was screaming.
No problem till I could not get the bolts loose.
Unhooked the toad drove to auto parts for PB Blaster. No help still could not break the bolts loose.
I asked a neighbor if he had something I could use as a breaker bar, he did not. I was outside looking to see if I could reach the bottom bolt from underneath a young girl said "Do you need any help my dad can fix anything" I said sure send your dad over.
He came over came inside and sat between the firewall and passenger seat to get leverage and popped the bolt loose. At my age I could not get in that position so I was grateful for the help.
The funny part was that is exactly what my son told some fisherman in SC when they could not start their boat. He came and got me and said those guys want some help. I fixed the problem thinking nothing about it.
I was paid back in the same manner 30 years later with the little girl bragging on her dad.
I always help if I can and have volunteered more times than I can count.
