We have had RVs since '69, new and used MHs in there. The new MH was in the shop more than the other 3 MH combined, for house problems, not chassis. My current MH was 3 years old when I got it and it still looks and runs like new. I store inside and have regular maintenance done. I changed to transynd 5 years ago to keep that in shape and use Mobil 1 in the engine with regular changes @ 4-5000 miles. There are many out there like that also. I would go 5-10 years, have a mechanic check it over, and forget the warranty.
